We have been designing and making original models specifically for the brand continuously since 1997. We manufacture only in Poland based on global technologies.

We pay attention to every detail, which is why all our materials are carefully selected and come from leading European suppliers. We only work with proven partners offering high tech solutions and operating with respect for humanity and the environment.

We want our furniture to fulfil the expectations of our clients. The development of our models aligns with the needs of our commercial partners.

We monitor and analyse the inquiries we receive on a continuous basis. If some repeat, we consider development of new models accordingly or introduce original solutions into the standard offer. As all the key processes are covered by our own organisational structure, we can react to the needs of our partners quickly and with precision.

Our sales team is ready to reply to any question by phone every day, to visit your location, or to provide advice when meeting with investors. Our considerable knowledge, advanced and quality production processes, and willingness to provide support and assistance are advantages, which – in addition to interesting designs and above-average durability – make us stand out on the market.

Kleiber manufactures seating furniture according to the expectations of its clients. This is the best way to ensure sustainable development and business growth based on continuous strengthening of the domestic and international position. Kleiber aims to be a good and credible partner for clients and suppliers and the best workplace for the best employees.

HISTORY

Kleiber has deep roots in the furniture market. In under 30 years, the family business was able to grow from a small production plant into a competent partner for companies equipping commercial space.

2008
Recognition of the Verso collection.

The Institute of Industrial Design recognises the Verso collection as a finalist in the Dobry Wzór (Good Design) contest.

We are awarded the FSC certificate® FSC-C126153.

This is the first time we have participated in the Meble Polska trade fair.

We make our furniture from wood and wood derivatives and ensure they come from responsible sources. FSC® is an international not-for-profit organisation, which sets out standards for responsible forest management with consideration of social, ecological, and economic aspects. Use of the FSC symbol® is under strict control and certified companies are audited on an annual basis. A product can only be sold as FSC-certified® when continuity of the product origin control chain is preserved. FSC standards must be fulfilled at every stage of wood procurement and processing ®. This way, we can be sure that our operations are not detrimental to forest management and that we contribute to the protection of the natural environment.

2015
Charity efforts recognised.

KLEIBER is appointed Ambassador by the Śrem-based “SMOKI” group for 10 years of contributions and assistance in fulfilment of its statutory objectives. SMOKI aims to provide equal opportunities to everyone, specifically disabled children. The group also supports families and helps fulfil the basic needs of disabled individuals.

2019
The new location is ready.

We receive the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development award for expanding corporate digitalisation.

The company could not continue without a new location. We move to the new buildings at the address of ul. Meblowa. The location now hosts all productions departments, the office building, and the showroom.

 

The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development recognises our efforts to expand corporate digitalisation and for one of the top IT implementations in Poland in the year 2020. We are awarded in scope of the “Top 100 corporate digitalisation expansion projects”.

The project includes the following:

  • Construction data digitalisation.
  • Acquisition and implementation of individual workstation tablets for purposes of the MES system.
  • Acquisition of a MES-grade system to serve as the source of construction data for physical workers.
  • Integration of the advanced MES system with the current ERP system to eliminate assignment of responsibilities to physical workers verbally and on paper in favour of ordered information provided on the tablets. When an employee selects a production task from the ones provided by the MES system, launches it, and completes it, the task is automatically registered together with the performance parameters. Furthermore, the MES system also provides access to the requirements specified by the client in the order.
2020
As the production volume rises, we continue to invest in development of our production capacity. We install new CNC machinery, another processing centre and a straight-line edgebander.
2022
As production continues to grow, we modernise current department operations and open new ones. We launch a line configured to make wooden frames. We also need more storage space and open a new panel warehouse. To accommodate the employment growth, we expand the employee parking lot.
